[There's a really good question that Peter needs to ask himself. What bad guy hit him hard enough to knock him out and throw him all the way into Central Park? Trees and grass shouldn't have hurt so hard to make his back hurt. Okay, maybe trees. But still, it wasn't like he was slammed into another brick wall. No, it was just a really dense looking forest that definitely didn't look like it would be Central Park. That's weird. Maybe Mysterio had something to do with this. Not sure how the guy could get the jump on him like this, though.

But it seemed like he was at least hit hard enough that his clothes were knocked off. How can you even hit a guy in a skin tight costume that hard? Well, it explains how he would have gotten to a place with a ton of trees. Not good. He might actually be injured now--

Or he could have wings on his back.]

[Voice]

[After figuring some things out and realizing that the journal actually... talks, Peter can be seen walking into the village while wearing the New Feather pants. While wandering aimlessly and looking worried, he's flipping through his journal until he figures out how to use it.]

This on? [Seems like it.] Quick show of hands. Who else is creeped out by the talking book?

[Yeah. Let's keep wandering around this weird village until someone helps him, or he finds someone he recognizes. He hope everyone is alright.]

This is- actually, it's another world. It's called Luceti. Or the village is. I don't know about the planet itself. Everybody just woke up with wings and a journal and no idea how they got here.

... Another planet. [Excuse him for not buying it right away. That's not something he wants to believe when he has to take care of his Aunt and such other New York stuff. Also since the symbiote is an alien and from another planet, supposedly. Makes him worry about the black stuff on his brand new wings.

Does help to hear that everyone got wings, though.] Another planet with air and life.

Air, life, and talking animals. It could take all day to explain what's weird about this place.

[Yeah, he is really not good at this at all. This could take a while.]

[If the guy has to ask if he's from Earth, that probably means that Billy's from Earth too, right? This is good. Least the whole world thing wasn't too much.]

Yeah, I am! From the good old New York City. You?

Whoa, are you serious? Me too! I grew up in Manhattan!

[A fellow native his age? And he's not a hulking jock? What is this sudden stroke of luck?]

[Success!] Sweet! I grew up in Queens, but I end up in Manhattan all the time for the Bugle.

[Okay, that makes Billy do a double-take.]

Huh? You work for the Daily Bugle? You look like you're still in school.

I am, but I... needed the money. [Kind of a weak laugh.] They like the pictures I take.

Of course! He's a hero. Maybe I'd believe Triple-J's rants if he stopped a few bank robbers, but I can't see that happening.

[Peter starts to chuckle a bit.]

Talk about understatement of the year. The only time I've seen him anywhere close to a bank robbery was to try and make Spidey look bad.

Geez, yeah, no thanks. I hate bullies, and that's all he really is.

I can relate. [Pause.] But... for all his flaws, he's not all that bad. There's some good in the guy.

I guess it's different when he's your boss, huh.

[More importantly, though-]

Hey, ah- do you want to hang out? I know you've still gotta get settled and everything, but this is the first time I've met up with a fellow New Yorker - and one around my age, to boot - in two months. Getting kind of homesick.

Yeah, kinda.

[This is... new. Usually when he meets a stranger, they don't think too much of the good old Peter Parker. Maybe being one of only two New Yorkers on a strange planet is a good way to meet friends?]

Oh, wow. Sure, I don't see why not. I've just got to find some clothes and not walk around shirtless in public.

Your clothes are probably at the plaza, actually. I could show you where to find them.

[...What if he finds the Spiderman costume? That could be awkward.]
